However they blocked me by non customer service dept for accusing me being rude to one rep from customer service. and that is awful way to treat a customer (me) They sent me email saying that. And I replied but they never fixed the issue. They said I can continue being their customer dah so they can make thousands of & in 3% transactions fees but I can only email customer support and not call. Awful & unjust. I emailed to support with unblocking my phone but it takes days for response and reps over emails are so incompetent that it took me about 20 back n forth emails over 1 month but that rep did not solve the issue. He said my phone iis now fixed and I can make calls but it’s not fixed. I took video that after I dial support im getting disconnected and a busy signal and sent him but he was insisting he fixed the issue. He did not! Sooo frustrating !
I called from my 2nd phone line but same device and st first I got through that’s how I knew they blocked my first line. But after 3 conversations with customer support about different matters they blocked this line too. Awful ! Unjust
I called from my sons phone and it worked but not from my 2 lines. Every time I ring customer support number it immediate disconnects with busy sygnal
