Why are my succesful transactions not showing in my Balance?

Hello,
My successful transactions showed up on my iPad POS yesterday and they are also showing as transactions on my Square dashboard today. However, the total does not appear on my Dashboard Balance which it normally does.
I read through an earlier post, May this year, on a similar subject and it referred to 'end of day settings' as a possible cause but I checked that and the end of day setting was fine.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Gordon332  Could it be that they were cash transactions ?

Take a look at the Reports/Payment methods, and if there is cash transaction recorded there see if this accounts for the shortfall

Thanks Bruce, It straightened itself out shorty after I wrote that, unusual and first time in almost 5 years that I have experienced anything like it. Appreciate your words, will certainly bear it in mind for future refence.

Hi Gordon,

Just wondering whether it was yesterday afternoon (17/12/23) we also has somewhat of a massive glitch that seemed to resolve itself after about 10 minutes.
