Is there a reason tranfers show as pending even though checking account is verified?

Welcome to the Square Community as I see this is your 1st post here.

Since you did not state where you see the Transfer showing as Pending I can only make a few guesses.

You also did not state if your Deposits are going to your Verified bank account or to a Square Bank account.

Since you posted this about 5 hours ago and it is just after 9am on a Sunday, I am assuming your money is being transfered to your business account and not Square.  Banks are closed on Sundays, therefor when you bank get the deposit notice from Square, it does not Transfer in when the bank receives the deposit notice but waits till Monday for it to finally show in your Bank.  This also happens on Holidays too that deposits can show as pending until the next day your bank is open.  I know when I use my debit card on a Sunday and look at my bank statement online it also shows as a Purchase Pending, not sure how you bank shows this.
