Why are my sales total and deposit different amounts?

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Why are deposits are different amounts?"

Total sale $15. Fee .49 total deposit was $14.51. Totally get that. Bank says I only got $9. Why?

Hey @EllaM.  You can check your deposit summary — including any deductions made — by going to your online dashboard > Balance.  Select your location then scroll down to the section titled “Balance overview.”  That will give you a summary of everything.  Note that some items like Payment processing might have sub-items, so you’ll need to click-to-expand those.

Let me know if you have any other questions
