I was told by the woman that I paid that I would receive a refund. That was April 29th and it’s now May 12th and I have received nothing. Is it supposed to take this long and why is it? She told me on April 29th that it would take 2 to 3 business days which clearly is not the case.
HI, this is the seller to seller community. You would need to contact the person directly regarding your refund. No one here would have knowledge of your purchase.

Goldneye is correct, here. You will want to follow up with the business directly in order to inquire about your refund. If you've exhausted contact with the Seller or feel as though they are acting in bad faith, you can dispute the transaction with your card-issuing bank.
