Square has not arrived, tracking says estimates arrival Friday 14th, yet still "in transit".

I ordered some hardware yesterday and it was supposed to ship overnight. The order status still said it was still processing. Am I supposed to do something for it to be delivered?

I opened my account on 4/26/2020...and haven’t received my card reader yet..just wondering how long that would take and if I could change the address of where it’s going to if it hasn’t sent yet..

I never received my square reader and when I try to get another one it says I have to pay for it. I have no idea who received it and now someone keeps trying to log into my account. Please help

Thanks for posting in the Seller community for the first time, welcome!

 

If you order a free reader through your Square account, the average timeframe for delivery is between 2-3 weeks. There is not way to expedite this for the free reader unfortunately . 

 

However, if you wish to purchase an additional reader, there are several retailers that carry our products.
