Hi. Im new to this and I took a payment from a customer last night.
The amount is sitting in 'sales' however i cant seem to be able to able to transfer it into my account. My balance is showing zero.
Where is the money?
Customer service is no existent.

If your Square account is new, it sounds like it may be being reviewed by the Accounts Services team if you have processed a large transaction.
These reviews are automatic and are usually resolved within 24 hours. Your balance should be transferred today per our automatic transfer schedule unless you have it set to manual, you can review both options here.
