I cannot complete a transfer for two weeks now. It says my bank is verified, but I get "unable to transfer funds" message. Also, My debit card is being declined every time I try to use it. I need access to my money! Emailed but did not receive an answer. There is nothing in the FAQ or support section that answers my question.

This sounds like an issue on your bank's end, please contact them and ask why your card may be getting declined.

This answer sounds like no accountability on Square. It sounds like when Giddys refers to "My debit card", they are not complaining about an outside bank card, rather the Square debit card. Which would make more sense, as Square's debit card is janky.
I, too, have not been able to transfer funds for a week. On my desktop, it says, "Transfers unavailable. We periodically review accounts to ensure customer security. Transfers will be available once we complete this review (typically one business day)."
If they ever get back to me. I will update you here.
