Transfers

My transfers are not going through. Can anyone help me?

Hi @Kg1913fl.. I can probably help.  But, in order to do so I need more information.  How do you know your transfers aren't going through?  All transfers, or only for certain days?

 

By way of information, since you might be a new Square sellers, automatic transfers happen each night for the balance in our accounts.  Once those automatic transfers are initiated, it can take 1-2 business days for the deposit to show up in your bank account.  How long it takes depends on your bank's policies for posting ACH transfers.  Also, all transfers initiated on Friday through Sunday should show up together on either the following Monday or Tuesday, again depending on your bank's policies.

Transactions won’t allow me to do an instant transfer. They were done originally yesterday.

@Kg1913fl I think I understand.  First, if the transactions were completed yesterday, then the automatic transfer has most likely started and you would not be able to do instant transfers now.  Instant transfers only work for balances that have not yet started through the regular automatic transfer process.

 

Secondly, you don't initiate instant (or any) transfers from the transactions list.  Use one of the methods outlined in this Square help document.
