Square has placed reserves on my account for over a year and a half, now approaching two years. Despite having zero chargebacks this year and implementing strict policies, including client contracts with a no return/no refund clause, the reserves remain in place. Even though we’ve had no chargebacks, no one at Square can explain why this decision was made, how long the reserves will last, or what we need to do to have them removed. Every time I call, I get no clear answers or guidance from the account services team. It's frustrating and unfair. Anyone had similar experience? Thinking about taking my buisness somewhere else
