Downloaded transactions should include pending refunds

I am trying to reconcile what Square says is my current balance with what the balance is computed from downloaded transactions prior to initiating a transfer to my checking account. Unfortunately, a refund was done that is marked pending and is therefore not among the downloaded transactions. Yet the service fee for the transaction has already be taken out of my checking account (I did not have an existing Square balance) and the balance Square shows includes the refund. Whether the person charged has actually received the refund yet has no effect on the balance I can transfer and the refund should be reflected in the downloaded transactions even if it is marked as pending. Moreover, I can see the refund on my iPhone Square POS app but not on the Square transactions when I login to the dashboard using my browser. This is completely inconsistent. Moreover, I am told it can take many business days before the pending status is removed (and therefore reconcile).

It is impossible to reconcile Square's balance with downloaded transactions if there are any pending refunds. If I am out of proof with Square am I supposed to go through every refund that shows on my iPhone to see if it is pending? This is not workable.

I propose that pending transactions be included in downloads and marked with a pending status.

Please disregard this post, which was the result of misinformation provided by Square support. I contacted Square complaining that pending transactions were not downloadable or visible using the dashboard and was basically told that's just the way it is when if fact you can set a filter to show/download pending transactions.
