Square is withholding several thousands of dollars due to me not providing a document of our office bearers which I have sent through several times. Can anyone help me contact them? Their phone support is currently unavailable? I am in Sydney, Australia

Have you uploaded your file via your Dashboard? We recommend using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome on a computer, rather than a mobile device. Also make sure that your file is in PDF, JPEG, JPG, TIFF or PNG file format and under 25mb in file size (each).
