Square has held almost $11000 of my money since early April

I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails and they are holding a large amount of money. They processed the payment of over $11000, took their commission, then deactivated my account. When I first managed to email with someone they said they would hold the money until June 10th...no explanation as to why. Now it is the 14th and they stiull have not released my money. I am at a loss. I NEED to be able to speak to someone but cannoit find a phone number anywhere. I live in Canada. I have since switched my credit card processing to Helcim - they are easy to talk to on the phone and have a very intuitive platfor, They are based out of Calgary. Anyway, any advice for me would be appreciated. I am 61 and this money they are holding is my income.
