Do I need to have an ABN to use a square product????? PLZ HELP ME

i am trying to verify my account to accept payments, however, to do so i need to have an ABN which i do not have.

If you are signing up as an individual with a hobby business you can leave the ABN field blank as long as you select "individual/sole trader" in the field below.

Theres no option for "individual/sole trader" what do i do i need it immediately!
