Square Terminals sparked and died

I have 35 square terminals running at an event right now and have had 2 that had a spark fly out of the USB-C port and then go completely dead. Any idea why this happened, and how to prevent this from happening to more terminals?

Hi there, @DNFF

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your terminals. I've escalated your case to the hardware team. They should be in contact with you via email shortly. In the meantime, please do not continue to use the terminals that are experiencing this issue.
