Hi I have a market next week and I was unable to verify my square app account at all despite using all three valid methods (passport, Medicare, driving license) to no success. According to other similar posts it was a matter of address change or identity change, neither which I’ve had. I saw that me not having a credit score since I turned 18 a year ago could've been a reason but those questions were ensured it doesn’t particularly matter. Furthermore I also was able to successfully verify my bank account as it says it’s ready to receive transfers and payments yet my identity cannot be even though I use the exact same documents for my bank account? Please help, I’ve set up all the items and pricings already as well on the app & bought a reader 😭

Just to confirm, have you received any messages on your Dashboard or over email explaining why your account has not been verified yet? Typically when Square is missing information, they specify what they are still needing.
