Square has the worst customer service/tech support of all time. It's just embarrassing for them. I was on the phone for 2 hours and was hung up on, could not understand support team on any of the call due to extremely broken english. I can look at my account and see my email in THEIR WEBSITE and when I am trying to verify my account they tell me that is not my email. I ask them if I can screen shot it and send it to them the won't give me an email to send it to. I tell them I can verify my account in any way they would like...my password to my restaurant, my phone number, my address, the restaurants address, my customer account number...nope they won't take any of that. They then tell me they have to transfer me...I wait 15 min and then get someone who has not been updated and now I have to start over and explain everything again. Then I get hung up on...can't get anyone in a leadership position to help me solve the problem. I will never ever use or purchase square product in any restaurant ever. It has probably made me more angry than I have been over the last 10 years. I'm going to back away from this company as quickly as I can.
