Re: Q&A with Head of Square Banking Product, Christina Riechers 🏦

I have a question about support. I am new to Square and wanted to utilize your product for my business and I am currently having issues that have yet to be answered by your support staff. I have no way to get in touch with them and have sent over 3 emails within a 72 hour hold on each with no response. Will there be any changes to help those who are having issues with square support or more ways the company will be able to help bring customer service to those who/want to use their service.
