Why are my funds being held for no reason??? Why don’t you have a human available to talk to when something like this happens? I don’t want my funds held, I need them and want MY MONEY!!!!

Nope. No e mail, nothing. No reply, no way to call. I sent a e mail, nothing. Doing something like banking without a person being able to reach another person (not a bot) is bad business. You’re dealing with my money in a very delicate time. Smarten up and put that into consideration!
Nope they have never given me a email or answer as to why my account is on hold yet again in less than a week from last time. Zero communication! I have sent several emails asking why and nothing. This is not right and disrupting my flow of business going on 2 weeks now.
