I'm assuming your question is concerning the email you received almost two months ago.  Please understand the Community is not the same as Customer or Tech Support, it's not possible to look up user account info via the Community.

 

What I can speculate is that there was a system service disruption on Feb 6th, 2024 that may have affected you and perhaps why you received the email.  If you go to this site, scroll down to the Calendar and go back to February 6, hover your mouse over "6" which was a Tuesday and then move the cursor down to the displayed box, click on "Payments Disruption", it will display the incident that happened that day.  I'm thinking what happened that day may have generated the email you received.  Just some back tracking here but, again, I'm not a Customer Support rep.  You do have the option to follow-up with Customer Support if you still have questions.
