Has anyone else been threatened by Weebly Support staff?

I had a very frustrating experience today.  I could not upload a digital product to my website via Weebly Ecommerce.  I contacted their support who is not pleasant to deal with at all because they are basically only equipped to send/receive emails or chats but can not divulge any specific information nor can they troubleshoot very well.  While airing my frustration and demanded a supervisor I was threatened with a TOS violation and apparently Lex the agent I was chatting with followed up on that threat because now I can not contact support at all.  I did not use abusive language and they claimed I was flagged in the past.  Its because I kept saying it was not resolved and I would like to speak with someone who is competent in the specifics of using Weebly.  My business revolves on digital marketing and sales, both have not been a positive experience with this platform.  This is not "abuse" to state that staff is not only poorly trained but seems to be trigger happy on banning customers who pay their salaries.  If there are any others out there who have had this experience please respond to this post.  I want to know how widespread this is.  I have screenshots of my conversation saved just in case but hopefully they will reach out to me and try to resolve the issue.

Hello Maya, I appreciate you reaching out.  I have many screenshots and it would probably be too much to divulge here because there are private links shared in these screenshots.  However if you would like to privately discuss this I have no problem sending over information, pending I know who you are and where you are from, I see the Square logo so I assume it’s Square.  Can you please provide me with your position over there and a way to reach out to you outside of this forum?
