I am here to ask the fellow community that is familiar with square. I have a question how long does square review your account before releasing your funds? It has been 8 days now since a transaccion was succesfully processed through square. But square decided to hold my funds to investigate my account. I understand they do it for security reasons, but its been 8 days now trying to contact customer service. Greatly appreciate customer service because they tell me that an email will be sent to my email within 1-2 business days explaining why my funds are on hold. But its already been 8 days now and no email, phone call, no nothing. I am a little concerned and want answers now. Anyone have experienced something like this? And need advice on what to do?

I have looked into this for you @Taqueriajarocho and for this one, I will recommend you reach out directly to the account services team so they can confirm the status of your account. They can be reached at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
