I too have had trouble with hackers. Even with the two-step verification they are still able to log into my account, somehow by-pass the two-step verification and make changes to my account. In January $28,000 was stolen from me! No one at Square will talk to me about it. They send my concern to the "Security Department" and all I get for communication is an email that says my account "looks good!" No one will talk to me. No one will give me any answers. I change my email and my passwords and they still get into my account. I have reached out to Square by email today. If I don't get answers, I'm going to be forced to close my account with Square. Beware! Even when you take every measure you can, you will still get hacked. I can't get anyone at Square to help me. What I have found is that the hackers are operating during the middle of the night.... In the 2:00am hour. I really believe that this is an inside job at Square. I believe they have some dishonest employees that have security access to our accounts and know how to get around the security measures.
