Has anyone else had trouble with someone hacking into your Square account?

No one at Square will take the time to answer my question.... How is an unauthorized person able to log-in to my account, by-pass the two-step verification and make changes to my account?

 

In January someone hacked into my Square account, added a fraudulent bank account and changed the automatic transfers to be deposited into their account. They stole $28,000 from me! In an effort to protect myself, I set up the two-step verification, changed my password and even changed my email address. A month later someone logged into my account, by-passed the two-step verification and linked a Visa card to my instant transfers. Then a month ago someone logged into my account, by-passed the two-step verification and changed my transfer schedule from automatic to manual. 

 

I have called Square numerous times trying to get some answers. No one will answer my questions. I call customer service and they tell me they have to send my issue to another department and that I will receive an email. All the email says is that my account looks good. Are you kidding me?!?! It is NOT GOOD! Someone has stolen my money and they keep trying to do it over and over again! My account is not secure and no one at Square cares enough to talk to me! 

 

Has anyone else encountered this type of problem with Square?
