Possible fraud purchasing gift cards

We have had a group of 18 to approximately 21 year old males coming in the restaurant with $300 voucher! They have come 3 times in one week using those vouchers! All vouchers have a different name who purchased it! We have refused the 3rd voucher and told them we need to investigate it first and to come back later this week! I am just wondering what to do and how to find out if they are using stolen credit cards! I don't want to be made liable down the road. Also since we opened,  the most someone spent on a voucher was $150. I have been trying to find a contact number or email for square but have been unsuccessful

Thanks

Hey @Christina4,

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay getting back to you!

While we're not able look into your transaction and gift card history via our Seller Community forum, if you need our team to look further into this please don't hesitate to call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time. You can also view your Gift Card history at via your online dashboard - it would seem very odd for a gift card to exist that you've not sold!
