Transaction incomplete

Hi, the square showed my sale went through and asked if i wanted a receipt, i said no. After the customer left i opened the app and it said it couldn’t complete the transaction. Reports said there was no sale. After contacting the customer she said the money has left her account and sent me a screen shot of the successful transaction.

what do i do now??

Square said payment went through and i didnt send a reciept to customer. Later when i opened app square said it couldn’t complete transaction and report showed no sale. Customer has a notification the transaction was complete. What do i do now??

Also note that any declined or voided payments pay still appear as "pending" on the customer's statement for a few days before dropping off.
