Pending Payments

We've recently signed up and started using our square for our small club. We used it for the 1st time last Saturday and as yet the money raised hasn't been transferred into the clubs account. I checked the balance and it showed payment pending and thaf it would transfer into the account today 4.2.22 yet I've just looked again and it now shows transfer pending to be done on the 7.2.22??

Not sure what is happening and support is currently unavailable
