I have been with Square for several years and rarely contact support. The last time I did it was about 1.5 years ago, I was able to speak with a representative on the phone - and it was good that I did because it was a technical issue on Square's end that had to be fixed manually. I've been trying to get someone on the phone all day, but keep getting referred to their Chat. When I asked the person on Chat if Square had any phone support available, they said they were disconnecting the chat and someone would email me (???). Has anyone figured out a way to actually speak to a human being on the phone or is that no longer an option? If not, I find that paying more and more $$ for Square is resulting and fewer and fewer benefits and a declining ROI with Square.

There is but it is brutal. I have no idea what the 800# is and it appears they have taken it off the help page (helpful... sense my sarcasm) which makes sense why you're having a hard time finding it.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

You can call the number in my signature line. It always works for me just listen to the options before pressing a number to continue.
