New deliveries section in orders

Hi, liking the new deliveries section you have in the orders tab.

As there is no integration with the UK's larger couriers, Royal Mail and DPD we have to spend a lot of time dragging and dropping information across to the Royal Mail Platform.

Using a laptop we use a split screen half with the Royal Mail, the other window with the Square deliveries page. We have to minimise the windows to have both on the screen at the same time. We note that when we minimise the Square Deliveries screen there is no vertical scroll bar, could this be added (it's there on the maximised page size). This would be really helpful in the absence of an integration with Royal Mail.

Just on the point of the integration with Royal Mail, is this something that could be looked at. We did approx 80 parcels today, half off the Square platform the other from a platform (Shopify) that integrates with Royal Mail Click and drop. We had cleared the Shopfiy order in just over and hour, over three hours to complete the same numbers on Square. Its painful for your users here in the UK and will be a barrier to Square users or new customers who are considering Square! Totally understand that you can't integrate with everybody (although other platforms seem too), but at the least you could integrated with the top two or three couriers in each major territory you provide a service to, gives our business a fighting chance of growth using Square (it really is a consideration for a small business as it grows, can it complete fulfilment in a timely, cost effective fashion as online sales grow, I have to say we are struggling to achieve this with Square at the moment.)

Hi @doc_choc 😊

Thank you for sharing your feedback and insights regarding this fulfillment setting and also the integration with Royal Mail.

I appreciate the detailed explanation of your workflow and the challenges you're facing. This definitely isn't the experience that we want you to have.

I'll make sure to pass along your suggestions to our development team for consideration.

While I can't provide specific details on future integrations, we are constantly working to enhance our features and user experience, and we know Royal Mail is highly sought after.

If there are any updates, I'll let you know here.

Hi @Breffni , thank you for this.

I can appreciate that there a a lot of couriers out there and you can't integrate with them all, but I think it would be worth looking at the main ones in each territory as a minimum. Trust me as somebody who has the job of getting the data across from Square to Royal Mail Click and Drop, its a real barrier for concern especially as our business grows. You would not be able to cope with more than 60 to 80 orders per day. Its a pinch point and rate determining step for our business. We also sell with a well-known platform in the UK called Not on the High Street and its so slick. A proper integration takes hours out of the job. We just select the orders and it drops them in to a pdf to print. Then all the order and contact details populate the Royal Mail fields automatically. All we have to do is weigh the parcel enter this on the RM dashboard, press send, job done, its pings off the tracking to the customer and sets the status to dispatch. Easy peasy. If it makes it to beta let me know. I would enjoy helping out on this one. Thank you 😊
