My deposit has not gone through

I had a craft sale on Saturday, it is Wednesday and the funds are not in my account.

Hi @Crafty3 - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your funds has brought you to the Seller Community.

 

I suggest starting out by double-checking your Transfers:

  1. Visit Balance in your online Square Dashboard.
  2. Select the available balance section under locations.
  3. Choose “view all transfers.”
  4. Select a date range of your choice.
  5. Select the transfer you’d like to view to see the transfer details, including individual card payments.
