I am a new user to square and I've had nothing but issues so far. Currently my issue is my square card keeps declining and I every time I try and contact customer support it says support is unavailable, so I call the number that I keep finding online and it asks me for a customer code. Well the customer code I was given a few days ago as a new customer says it's not working. I'm furious I'm stranded without diesel I'm an owner operator hotshot driver so having access to my card is vital, and having access to customer support is vital it has been well over 12 hours that I have been unable to contact customer support. I need help and I need it fast, I'm about to just close out the account all together because it's been nothing but a headache.
