Hello Square Team,
On July 4th we had a horrible experience trying to sign in to our Square account. As we were getting ready for a busy day at our small business our team wasn't able to log-in on any of our devices; we tried everything from trying to change our password to trying to get a hold of customer service. Unfortunately we had no success at neither, and as a last resort I (the owner) decided to create a secondary "emergency" square account to not lose out on credit card transactions for the day.
The problem now is that I have the the data/sales report from July 4th on the "emergency account" I created, and not on my original account i've been using for years.
It would be great if there would be an option to transfer (data/reports) for that specific day from one account to another.
Today, July 6th I was finally able to log in to my original account with the help of customer service.
