I had two transactions for $2 each and y'all took out 10% plus the 10 cents why is that?

Why did y'all charge 10% instead of the 2.6% that was advertised plus the 10 cents per transaction

Hello @Zydeco thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your transactions. Can you post the specific amount breakdowns so we can see what's happening? And where are you exactly seeing these figures? Is this in your Square Dashboard, or reports tab?

what was the charge and fees taken?  $2 if dipped would be $.15.
