Hello everyone,

My child made a transaction for a million dollars using my Square account on my phone as a joke. I noticed it quickly and refunded the invoice. However, this incident has messed up all my data. My reports, which are crucial for my day-to-day operations, are now inaccurate. Metrics like loyalty sales versus non-loyalty sales are completely off, and the numbers are no longer useful. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Thank you.

Unfortunately you cannot change or alter or delete a transaction after it's complete - it's now part of your history.  (It's a standard financial practice put in place to prevent not so honest people from altering their books.)

Hi @NICKPIZZA ๐Ÿ‘‹  thanks for flagging this.

@JK_Fiber_Art is correct here, we cannot amend or remove processed transactions or their historical data, unfortunately.

If there is anything else we can help with, please let us know.
