I can no longer find the option to request a transfer in 1-3 days

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "I can no longer find the option to request a transfer in 1-3 days. Is this a new fee?"

 

I can no longer find the option to request a transfer in 1-3 days instead of paying for instant transfer.  Is this what others are experiencing?

Hey @username00000.  The standard 1-3 day transfer is still available.  You might have been experiencing a glitch in the transfer function, which should be resolved now, if so.  I was able to initiate a standard 1-3 day transfer last night around 10pm.  If you still don’t see the option, then something is amiss in your account and you need to contact customer support for resolution.
