Help... I have been through the joining process so I could call someone and I can't find a phone #

Hi, I am inquiring on behalf of a community organisation. The set up for me was easy, how do you do it with multiple signatories for the account, no home address etc. also, are the fees higher for transactions under $10, I cannot find any pricing information about that as the group does raffles and BBQs.

Please note that at the moment the ABNs we are able to onboard for payments are:

 

Individual/Sole Trader (with or without an ABN)
Partnerships (with an ABN)
Companies (with an ABN)
Trusts (with an ABN)

 

We're looking into ways we may be able to onboard more ABN types in the future - many NFP, club and association based ABNs currently require additional regulatory checks and paperwork that our onboarding process is unfortunately not able to accommodate at the moment.
