Thanks for getting in touch.

As a point of sale system, Square records your cash transactions as well as processes card transactions. So your sales reports isn't going to be the same as your deposit if you're using Square to record all transactions alongside taking card payments.

Have you made sure you're not counting your cash transactions in what you're expecting to receive as a deposit?

I have checked details in transactions and it totals $1300.  I really need someone to advise me why I have not received the total based on my transactions.

Okay now I understand your question. I will check with the person who took cash that is quite possible.
