Help!!! Account deactivation

I received an account deactivation notice stating the below. I read the term and I’m still confused I’ve opened several tickets and called and nothing. This is my business everything is on square even my Weebly website.

1. Does anyone know how to stop the deactivation?

2. If my account is deactivated does that mean I will still have my Weebly site?

3. Does the below mean my account will still have my items and I can edit my products but I can’t take payment? 

 

We recently reviewed your account, and have unfortunately found activity that violates our Terms of Service including but not limited to the following:
  • Section 3 General Terms
  • Section 3 Payment Terms
 
We are sorry to inform you that due to this activity, your account will be deactivated in 30 days, and we will no longer be able to accept payments related to your business. We are giving you advance notice of this deactivation to allow you time to transition to a new payment processor.
What’s next?
After 30 days, you will still have access to view your Square Dashboard, but will no longer be able to process any payment card transactions using Square. Any funds remaining in your Square balance will be returned to your linked bank account.
  • Automatic deposits: If you receive automatic deposits, this action will not affect your normal payment schedule.
  • Manual deposits: If you receive manual deposits, please contact our Support Team for more information.”

This is a question for Square support.  This is just a user support forum with some Square mods but we can't get into in details or see your account.  

Provided this email is legit and not a Phishing attempt you need to figure out what you are selling that they are deeming against terms.  CBD is one of the ones that causes a lot of issues.  They do have a specific CBD program that you can sign up for.  If you are unable to figure out what is causing the issue you will not want to be using Square as your platform as you will not be able to receive payment for what you are selling and they are giving you time to transfer.  so if you can't get this figured out in the next 10 days I would definetly start looking at other providers.  Hopefully you can figure out what names or items are causing issues.

What did you find out? I just received the same email and they will not tell me why. Literally said that they can't tell me because of privacy issues. I have read through the terms and nothing in it applies.
