Having Difficulty Entering Banking information for Verification

Unable to post my bank account number.  Square says the Transit number must be 5 digits - Mine is 4 digits. Square won't accept it. As a result, my banking information is rejected. 

 

If this cannot be corrected, then I will need to go to Stripe, a decision I don't want, as I have a POD business on my Stripe account. I want my POD business and my Marriage Coaching business to be separate from each other financially. 

 

I have a letter with the bank letterhead from the Bank manager confirming my bank account with the Transit Number, Institution Number and Account Number including the address of the bank and her signature and her Job Title. 

 

I have offered to go on a Zoom call to show this letter confirming my account with a manager from Square. I do not feel comfortable emailing this sensitive information. It is difficult enough to share your banking info these days.

Completely understand your hesitation to send over the banking information to confirm your bank account information. Unfortunately, that information is necessary to verify your banking information. I can assure you that any information you send to our Customer Success team is secure. There are many scenarios where sellers have to send in highly sensitive information to verify information on their account. 

Continuing the conversation with Customer Success via email would be your best option. We cannot complete account or bank verifications through the Community since it's account specific.
