HELP! - My CBD Square account is being shutdown and I need help contacting a human

Need to speak to someone regarding my CBD website being cloised due to presence of unsubstantiated health or therapeutic claims. After modifiing my website to remove anything that might be a violation and sending Square lab reports on all of my products, I was told I am still in violation and my account is being shutdown. Of course I want to comply, just not sure what to do. Can anybody give me a name, phone number, email of a person that I can contact.
