Good afternoon. I have recently received an email from customer support regarding my account and in particular startup. I am still a bit confused on where to find the required support query. Due to this I am still a little puzzled as to the time I am spending actually online instead of working. So I guess the question I ask is. Can customer support be more precise on what is required from the account holder in order to save any unnecessary loss of time.

Any requests from our team should appear in the top right corner of your Dashboard with a red flag.
