Frustrated!!!!

I'm so frustrated with this company.  I'm unable to deactivate my account and unable to speak to anyone.  Square keeps charging me $29/month and I can't speak to anyone to get this resolved. Can't get a customer code to talk to someone because when I click the contact us link (phone) it says "unavailable".

Sorry to hear your frustration. We don't have access to account specifics to see what's going on with your account from the Community. 

 

Can you email CS since phones are not working for you? An advocate will be in touch to help pinpoint what the recurring charge is for and assist with deactivating your account
