Does anyone actually work at Square?

I have sent about 3 emails for assistance and no one has bothered to get back to me. 2 weeks waiting now. I'm paying for this service too. Ridiculous. They did manage to send out a survey asking how they went. Good one.

Is it possible they may have gone to your junk mail folder?
