Deposits deferred

I got a new phone about 2 weeks a ago. I paired my device successfully and have since taken 2 payments 1 week ago. Both are still sitting in the Balance section and haven’t been transferred to my bank account as of yet. When I log into Square, there is an alert pop up ‘Deposits Deferred’ that wants me to list all of my additional business info and attract my business registration documents. However, I don’t have any as I’m not a registered business, I just use square for my side hobby of selling plants. I tried just attaching a photo so that I could proceed and submit the form, but the photo (which is JPG 2.3 MB) won’t load. I’ve emailed support but haven’t heard back. It was all working perfectly fine until I got my new phone and I have never been asked to submit this form or additional info until now. Please help!

Sometimes I've heard people having trouble with this form using Safari or Internet Explorer web browsers. Our recommendations here are up to date versions of Chrome or Firefox.
