Customer Code - Where is it /how to identify it?

It would appear this is a frequent question, but no solution - which is not encouraging!

You cannot call without a customer call.  They automated message says to log into square.com/code but that is just a FAQs website an no use.

Who can I call - I have already e-mail twice and no answer.
