An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment

Hello All,

 

Hope at least Squareup support team will look into this and answer as I tried multiple times to create ticket but didnt received any reply.

 

I have installed the 'Woocommer Square' plugin on my website and successfully connected it.

 

But at the time of checkout, after entering the Cr Card detail, the payment is not getting through and showing "An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment" error.

Kindly guide how to fix it.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
