We have been with Square for over six years now. Almost a year ago (Square cannot answer why) we have been able to save credit card information in our client's files.
One day out of the blue, we are not able to save. I have been going back and forth with Square for almost a year now. They cannot answer or get back to me.
Our Reps and Clients are beyond upset having to ask for their credit card every time we do a transaction. Some clients are weekly ordering.
Hopefully someone can help.

This sounds frustrating. I would like to take a look at this case closely.
Could you share more details of the process you currently follow to attempt adding Cards on File?
Do you get any specific errors when attempting to save the card on file and it fails?
Is this happening to all cards or a specific brand (Visa, Master Card, American Express)?
