1099k

Hi, I need to know why 1099k is miss matching with square report for 2021.  I contact support and asking about this issue but as usual they don't have answer and they told me they will contact me back but they did not maybe they don't have any answer for this issue. ( the only answer they have is time zone)

Could you share more details in regards to this mismatch you are finding on your 1099K @Bouzagelato?

To give you more information all 1099K forms in Square are redacted or generated under the UTC Time Zone so if your device is not using this Time Zone then the Dashboard will definitely show a discrepancy in the totals. 

If you would like to confirm that the Dashboard matches your 1099K I would suggest you change the time zone of your device to be UTC. I hope this information is helpful!
