If you created a checkout link for your (legacy) subscription prior to the update, you could still sell your subscription online by sharing the link on your website.
Either copy the link or the embed code attached to the checkout link:
- On your Dashboard, go to Payments then Checkout Links
- Click on the subscription/checkout link you want to sell
- On the right side, either copy the link or create a Buy Button
You can then create a Button or Embed Code section on a page of your website to feature the subscription link. For more steps-by-steps, you can consult our Support Centre article on managing sections.
Since the recent subscription update you are also able to sell itemised subscription on your website. However, subscription plans associated with items cannot be sold through your Point of Sale at the moment.
If I understood correctly, the way you set up your subscription is to have your customers redeem it in store. Itemised subscriptions may not be the best solution for your restaurant then, but it might be worth reading about setting up Item Subscription.
