Balance isn't updated after Transfer

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Transferring balance doesn't update available balance on PC FireFox"

 

If I transfer balance to any account, internal or external, the balance doesn't update after the transfer. I'm using windows and firefox. This has been an annoyance forever. Wonder if there's anywhere to report this. I don't remember if this affects phone apps or tablets since I almost exclusively operate my online store on my PC.

Hi @liudr - I'm sorry to hear that this has brought you to the Seller Community.

Yesterday, we did experience an issue where 
some Sellers were unable to view their Transfer reports in Dashboard. Sellers were seeing a “No transfers in this timeframe” message under Balances > Activity.  As of yesterday evening, we can confirm that Transfer reports are displaying as normal via the Balance page of your Square Dashboard.

 

If you are still experienceing any issues at this time, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here. Then, our Support Team can take a closer look with you.
